damn i got on my pokers drunk, lost $70 at headsup Omaha and then $80 chasing it at $100 Rush Omaha
got myself some water and grew and a set and turned that shit upside down

Dream Holiday Challenge!
Just spoken to my parents and they’ve come up with an unbelievable offer, if we can find £2k they will pay the rest and take my family away with them and my sister and nephew for a dream holiday over xmas to Singapore and Malaysia! (i was born in Singapore)

Now obviously poker has been going well but 80% of my winnings gets funnelled into our normal day to day bank account as the cost of living is redic at the moment, however my mrs has agreed to get a part time job which will then hopefully mean that most of my winnings from today onwards can go into our holiday fund!!
I think this is definitely achievable I’m at like $2.6k profit for the 3 month period since this blog started but will now need to focus and grind this shit out!
The winning formular – no tilting/drinking + lots of hands + pray to poker gods for no downswing = Dream Holiday?
Ive withdrawn £120 this week so this is straight in their and the countdown begins!

9 Tabling Rush
as an experiment to see how quick I could get to 100 points as part of rush week.... it took 17 minutes and 550 hands playing 4 times 50c 4 times 25c and 1 times $1 full ring tables...........it was a pain in the arse! i timed out a few times and even more annoying was that the hud boxes kept getting in my way as they remained the same size but the tables were a lot smaller.
also i couldnt play my normal game and went from a normal 14/9 to a nitzilla style 10/8..........
as for profit i lost $7 so nothing to cry about... however i lost a redic all in pot when someone turns a gutshot and donks his chips in.

Pro for a day
a day off work and a target of $100 profit

9:30 - not a great start, down $20 on a combo of Rush and Headsup - gonna look for some turbo mtts
10:30 just did two tourneys, a $2.20 mtt on stars where my reshove with 77s gets called by K4... and annoyingly came 15th in a $4 rush on demand where i was chip leader for a while, really think i should of got a final table at least sigh!!
cash im now down $8 so still losing for the day and i feel tired even though its still morning, not sure how im gonna grind through this day!
12:30 - in profit now +$80, raked about $65 so very close if I count that, really cannot be arsed to play though, might quit when i get to $100 and do something more productive like sleep lol!

Tougher Month
jesus this month is a lot harder then last month, so far only got $137 profit and that is literally as i just came second in a tourney on my stake for $270 (ill have to send back half)i wont mention how i had the villain all in with 10's vs his ducks only for him to have a quacking river...
Broke even on my last mtt night, too deep runs in double deuce and msop but not deep enough, getting returns of $60 a pop and not the $500+ i was hoping for
As for cash im down $50 but only played 6kish hands...........also ive been hitting $100 $200 and even $400 rush, my discipline is shot to pieces, luckily there is a rush promo next week which will hopefully give me a reason to grind.
not actually playing any more tonight, need a break, and a damn beer.

Black Sunday
Sick night last night, did my mtt package and it was looking ok to start with but I don’t think I won a flip in the second half of the night. lost with AQ to AJ all in preflop in the double deuce which gave me the only cash of the night
Not gonna moan too much about the beats but probably the sickest was in the $3 rebuy I shove over some donk initial raise with 99 and he calls with AJ, the pot is huge and puts whoever wins in the top 20 albeit with around 2000 left. He rivers a flush. So sick who calls off a million bbs with AJ!!!
Anyway the night got worse when I started playing $100 rush alongside the $3 rebuy which at that point was my last game…. I quickly found myself $100 down when I lost to huge flips, however I dug in and manage to get myself even and then up a small amount and quit.
However once I busted the $3 rebuy I fired up two tables and donked off $270 before I managed to tear my stupid tilted monkey ass to bed. So disgusted with my self, I can moan as much as I want about running bad but I should not of been on there at all

June Goals and Sunday Package
so after a great May its tough to set the bar for June!
i think im gonna settle for
* 20k hands at $50 Rush Poker
* 5 final Tables in MTTs
and thats it! no money figures although i reckon i'd be happy with $600, off to a good start last night where i was about +$80
so as sunday approaches im looking at another package as follows -
looking to sell about 60-70% let me know if you want a piece!!

May Review
great great month, will break it down by game type
No Limit Cash - $1003
crazy crazy month, actually managed to get to just over $1k profit albeit with a degen session where i chased a $100 loss at $400 rush and sucked out with A4 to AQ for a $400 pot...(that should explain the spike in this graph!)
not to pleased with the amount of hands, think i can do much better!!
Omaha Cash - $133
its a miracle that i actually won money at Omaha, don't really plan on playing much its just a useful variant when my brain wants a change of pace
Tourneys - $242
one of my most pleasing aspects of may has been the return to mtt play, mainly through some selling of shares on two plus two, two decent scores this month but also several last 30 finishes, need to improve and get a four figure return though
Bonuses/Rakeback - $204
pretty good as i was still clearing the random bonus from tilt plus i cashed in a load of points for tournament tickets, certainly a higher than usual month!
staking - ($55)
i need to cut back on this, its says minus $55 but its probabaly nearer to minus $200 as it takes into account money i've received on stakes as well
so all in all great month over $1500!!
will work out some June goals shortly!
